Welcome to the Haloed Solutions FAQ. Here you’ll find straightforward answers to common questions our clients and prospects have about our services, pricing, support, and more.
We provide managed IT services to small businesses. This includes helpdesk support, cybersecurity, cloud services, email and productivity platforms (like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), backups, and strategic technology planning.
While we can work with any small business, we have strong experience supporting accounting firms, financial advisors, construction companies, contractors, environmental services, and legal professionals.
Our sweet spot is businesses with 5 to 25 users, but we can support teams of all sizes.
We take a “Human Approach to IT.“
That means no confusing tech jargon, no auto attendants, and no guessing games. You’ll always know who to call, and we’ll always respond like a real person, not a robot.
We focus on building long-term partnerships, not quick fixes, and take the time to understand your business before recommending solutions.
